MeetingPlanner.gr, founded by Matina Gika in 2005 and based in Abu Dhabi – UAE, provides complete conference management services in Greece, serving academic societies and scientific associations only. We do not manage corporate or medical meetings.

Matina holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, specialising in Conference Centre design, Tourism, and Conventions, and has held senior management roles in Greece and internationally. She has managed IEEE and other academic society conferences, gaining expertise in bidding, budgeting, contracting, logistics, financing, and operations.

Our approach is personal and dedicated: we undertake one conference at a time, from the proposal/bid phase to post-conference reporting. We evaluate venues, dates, and local organising committee capabilities, coordinate all logistics, and provide onsite support, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.

We are especially passionate about cultural and social programmes, creating events that are engaging, inclusive, and memorable for all participants.
